Manage and create events
Whether you’re just exploring the idea of hosting a climate change–related event or already have something planned, we’d love to hear from you and are happy to help.
Before you can submit an event, you must contact us so we can create a user account for you. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to log in and submit events.
To get started, email cwne@nescan.org to discuss your idea or request an account.
Submitting your event involves two simple steps:
- Contact us first to request a user account. We will email you a unique username and password.
- Log in using your account details and submit your event.
After your event is reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to log in at any time to edit, update, or cancel your events, as well as submit additional events using the same account.
Important: You cannot submit an event without first contacting us and receiving a user account.

- Log in with your new account details to submit your event. Once we approve your event, you’ll be able to view and edit it at any time.

The team behind CWNE can help you come up with or solidify ideas, we can help if you are struggling adding your events to this website, we are producing lots of resources to help you publicise your event, and we will also try our best to raise awareness of all the fab events that take place during CWNE in our newsletters, across our socials, through word of mouth, and during other events and activities we run.
