Join Gillian Watt and discover wellbeing and mindfulness in nature. The workshop starts at 10am and incorporates ‘The 16 Guidelines for Life’, a set of universal human values that have stood the test of time since their creation more than one thousand years ago in ancient Tibet.  These guidelines offer a simple framework to explore and develop emotional resilience and transformative change. Experience the tranquility of mindfulness in nature and learn how to apply the guidelines in daily life.

Age 16+.  The workshop will take place in the Barn’s outdoor spaces, please wear appropriate clothing.
